Wollongong Town Hall
Wollongong Town Hall & Community Centre Building Refurbishment - This project successfully tendered for $4.3 million dollars involves the demolition of existing sections of the buildings together with removal of hazardous materials. The construction of a new air conditioned entry foyers on two levels with a lift service and associated facilities. Refurbishment of the Town Hall Auditorium and Gallery, backstage upgrade of toilet facilities, food services and external forecourt landscaping. The completed building is to meet BCA compliance as an Entertainment Venue. CBC has a history of special built refurbishments and we draw on our teams experience to offer our client the highest quality finished product which is fully compliant as in this case for the general public to safely participate in a community entertainment centre.

Fergus Rd Queanbeyan – CBC again has secured this 12 unit Senior Living development to the value of $2.6 million dollars strengthening our presence in Queanbeyan following on from completing and handing over 4 Villas and looking to handover 14 units and another 4 villas in April. CBC with the NSW Government Human Services Housing has formed a strong relationship and look forward to delivering housing projects state wide.
